Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how AGF USA LLC ("SOMDA," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit somda.live or join the SOMDA pre-launch waitlist. It covers this website and waitlist only; the SOMDA product and subscription services will be covered by their own terms and privacy policy when they launch.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and, optionally, the role you select (creator, professional, or other) and an approximate follower count you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies — via Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tags it loads — to collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site.
2. How we use information
- To notify you when the SOMDA Kickstarter campaign opens and to give waitlist members early access;
- To send occasional updates about the SOMDA launch (you can unsubscribe at any time, and every email includes an unsubscribe link);
- To understand how the site is used and improve it;
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing and, where permitted, to show you relevant ads about SOMDA on other platforms.
We will only email you about SOMDA. We do not send third-party marketing.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate this site — such as our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), Google (Tag Manager / Analytics), and our email delivery provider — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected data.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and advertising tags. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to join the waitlist.
6. Data retention
We keep waitlist information until the campaign launch cycle is complete or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Where your data is processed
We are based in the United States and process data on servers located in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@somda.live. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the project evolves. We will post the new version here with an updated effective date; material changes will be highlighted on this page or announced by email.
