AGF USA LLC · How to request deletion of your SOMDA data

Apps that access user data must provide a way for users to request deletion. This page explains how to ask SOMDA to delete your account and associated data, and how to revoke Instagram access with Meta.

1. Request deletion from SOMDA

Email us at privacy@somda.live with the subject line SOMDA data deletion request.

Please include:

The email address of your SOMDA account
Your SOMDA display name (if you know it)
Your Instagram username connected to SOMDA (if any)
A short confirmation that you want your SOMDA account and stored data deleted

We will verify the request (we may ask you to confirm from the same email on file) and process deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is complete.

2. What we delete

When we fulfill a verified deletion request, we remove or irreversibly anonymize, as applicable:

Your SOMDA user account (email, display name, password hash, Access Granted and preference flags)
Connected Instagram/platform credentials and tokens we store for your account
Collected metrics, insights, intelligence reports, and SOMDA dialogues tied to your account
Device pairing / assignment records associated with your user (physical devices themselves are hardware assets and may be unassigned rather than destroyed)

We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, dispute or fraud records) for the period required.

3. Revoke Instagram access with Meta (recommended)

In parallel, you can remove SOMDA’s permission to access your Instagram data directly in Meta:

Open Instagram (or Facebook) settings for apps and websites / business integrations
Find SOMDA (or the Meta app name shown when you authorized)
Remove or revoke access

Revoking Meta access stops future API access. It does not by itself delete historical data already stored by SOMDA — send the email in section 1 for that.

4. Waitlist-only signups

If you only joined the crowdfunding waitlist (no Mission Control account), email privacy@somda.live from the address you used and ask us to remove your waitlist entry. See also the waitlist privacy notice.
